Enjoy this fun group activity, where you will learn how to make our local hand made pasta in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere. The class will be taught by Niccolò, Isabella’s son, who learned the art of making “Pici” from both his mother and his grandmother, carrying on the cherished family tradition. Afterwards, indulge in a buffet-style “antipasti”, followed by a delicious Tuscan dinner complemented by the delightful house wine from our farmhouse Cretaiole. During the meal, you will savor the “Pici” you’ve crafted, paired with two delicious sauces, a typical Tuscan main dish, and one of our favorite’s desserts… tiramisù!

If you wish to experience authentic Tuscan hospitality, this experience will fulfill your desires. You’ll be in the capable hands of a local resident, a descendant of proud Tuscan farmers who has devoted his life to hospitality. With a strong attachment to Tuscan traditions and a deep love for the land, he produces typical products such as extra virgin olive oil, honey, and wine. This evening is his way of sharing special moments with you. For him, olive oil symbolizes this connection, and it will be the central element of the tasting, enhancing every dish with its aromas and flavors. The tasting will take place at his farmhouse nestled in the gentle hills of Montalcino, where you’ll delight in his culinary culture and sample the simple, genuine products of his labor. You’ll start with a delightful aperitif in his olive grove before moving to the main dining room of the house. Here, you’ll enjoy three typical Tuscan courses, each paired with a different olive oil and a fine glass of wine.

The ancient “Romitorio,” purchased by our family over 30 years ago, is located just below Pienza and houses a fascinating archaeological site. Our family has lovingly renovated this place, transforming it into an extraordinarily beautiful and spiritual haven. Niccolò, Isabella’s and Carlo’s son, will personally escort you through these captivating caverns, explaining the significance of its features, artwork, and location. Exclusively for guests of Isabella Experience Properties, this tour offers a unique glimpse into local agriculture. Niccolò, Isabella’s son, will share the family’s history and guide you around the farm. Learn about traditional farming, Vin Santo, and modern winemaking. Taste organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, wines, Pecorino cheese, Cantucci, and Vin Santo. Meet our friendly farm animals, including chickens, pigs, baby geese, ducks, sheep, and rabbits. This intimate wine tour, reserved solely for The Isabella Experience’s clientele, offers a journey through vineyards and cellars, exploring the rich history and winemaking traditions of this boutique winery. The experience begins with a leisurely stroll through the vineyards, where you’ll learn about the unique terroir and grape varieties that define their wines, as well as meticulous cultivation and vinification techniques passed down through generations. Then, step into the cellar for a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process, from fermentation to aging. You’ll also taste barrel samples to understand the wine’s evolution before bottling. The wine tasting that follows the tour includes top range products such as Rosso di Montepulciano, Vino di Nobile di Montepulciano, Riserva, and an exquisite magnum-sized wine showcasing the unique aging potential of large formats.
